Dr. Chelsea Jerabek, PT, DPT

Originally from Olathe, Kansas, Dr. Chelsea earned her Bachelor's of Science in Exercise and Sport Science and her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Rockhurst University.  Dr. Chelsea has spent her career working in a variety of outpatient clinics, giving her the opportunity to treat patient of all ages and levels of ability. In addition to her physical therapy experience, she played soccer at the collegiate level and was the trainer for the Kansas City Blues Rugby team.  Dr. Chelsea's rehabilitation specialties include chronic pain management, sports medicine, pelvic floor, orthopedic and sports injuries, concussion care, neuromuscular conditions, headaches, injury prevention, pre- and post-surgery rehab, and balance impairments.
